Barbara Lubich is a sociologist with Italian background – now working on her PhD thesis in history on political communication and so living in Dresden, Germany. Her focus is on *Dance in GDR* (former German Democratic Republic, the Eastern part).
But she is not only writing and thinking of theories, but actually living it in practice as a dancer, as a video producer and as organizer for an international workshop in 2008. Her partners in organisation of the workshop are Chiara Campana from Trento, Italy, and Laura Calzá from Luxemburg.
